Location Country Toluca Mexico
Responsibilities
Own delivery planning and coordination across product engineering architecture security data and operational teams
Develop and maintain product or programme roadmaps aligned with business priorities and delivery milestones
Track crossteam dependencies risks issues assumptions and delivery commitments
Coordinate backlog planning prioritisation sprint execution and releasereadiness activities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups backlog refinement reviews and retrospectives
Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements expected outcomes and acceptance criteria
Support businessanalysis activities and convert highlevel objectives into actionable delivery plans
Prepare delivery reports dashboards milestone updates and executivelevel status communications
Develop and communicate value propositions for proposed product capabilities and technology initiatives
Identify delivery risks early and coordinate appropriate mitigation or escalation actions
Ensure alignment between product roadmaps architecture decisions resource availability and business deadlines
Promote continuous improvement in productdevelopment and delivery processes
To be successful in this role you should have
8 to 12 years of experience in product delivery programme coordination project management or Agile delivery
Strong experience in planning roadmap management dependency tracking and delivery governance
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams
Handson experience performing Scrum Master or Agile delivery responsibilities
Strong understanding of backlog management sprint planning release planning and prioritisation
Experience supporting business analysis and requirement clarification
Strong risk issue dependency and stakeholdermanagement capabilities
Ability to develop clear value propositions and connect technical delivery with measurable business outcomes
Excellent reporting presentation facilitation and executivecommunication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
Nice to have skills
Product Owner Scrum Master SAFe PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Experience delivering cloudnative AI data or digitaltransformation programmes
Familiarity with product and deliverymanagement tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps or similar platforms
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
Understanding of architecture security QA DevOps and productionreadiness processes
