Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Robotics Supervision SW Engineer (f/m) to join our OMRTP (Perception & Control / Industrial Means) team inToulouse.
You will join the Perception & Control / Industrial Means team within Manufacturing Engineering. Your mission will be to architect and develop our proprietary C++ / Qt supervisory software environment to pilot robotic cells.

Your challenges:
- Architect and specify our proprietary supervisory software framework dedicated to robotic cells.
- Develop high-performance, ergonomic shop-floor user interfaces using modern C++ (17/20) and Qt (QWidget, QML).
- Build robust communication pipelines for industrial controllers (Fanuc, Siemens) and robotics middleware (ROS 2).
- Guarantee UI responsiveness and real-time synchronization through multithreaded software design.
- Conduct software testing and validation using digital twins, virtual commissioning, and physical robotic cells.
Your boarding pass:
- Background in Computer Science, Industrial Information Systems, Robotics, or Embedded Systems.
- Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience applied to industrial machines or robotic cells.
- In-depth command of modern C++ (14/17/20), Qt framework (QWidget, QML), CMake, and Git/CI-CD.
- Strong skills in multithreaded programming and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, TCP/UDP, OPC-UA).
- Working knowledge of industrial CNC/PLC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Beckhoff) or robotics middleware (ROS / ROS 2).
- Engineering rigor, teamwork mindset, and professional working proficiency in English (French is a plus).
