Robotics Field Service Engineer (Travel)

The Role

As a Robotics Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing robotic systems at client locations. Your expertise will ensure that our robotic solutions operate smoothly and meet customer expectations.

This is travel role across different sites across different states in US.

What You'll Do

- Install and configure robotic systems according to specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic equipment.

- Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of robotic systems.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability.

- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
