Admin Quality - Claims & Small Stores Specialist

The Claims & Small Stores Specialist will be responsible for investigating transport incidents, managing claims and supporting the resolution and recovery of identified losses. The role will report directly to the Quality & Claims Team Leader and will collaborate closely with internal teams, drivers, carriers, clients, the Insurance Department and the Legal Department.

Role description:

• Analyze daily transport routes and documentation to identify shortages, discrepancies and operational incidents
• Verify CMR transport documents at loading and unloading stages
• Analyze routes and transit times using GPS tracking, including stops and route deviations
• Investigate transport incidents by collecting statements and relevant information from drivers and carriers
• Prepare investigation reports and consolidate relevant evidence, including CMRs, GPS data, statements and photographs
• Manage claims, monitor their progress and support damage recovery through resolution
• Collaborate with clients and internal departments, including Insurance and Legal, to resolve claims and disputes
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely status updates and proper closure of resolved claims

Qualifications:

• Fluent Greek is essential

•Secondary or higher education
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Good PC and Internet skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
