Job Description & Summary

As Lead Solution Architect, you will own the end-to-end solution design for a large-scaleĀ digital banking platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatoryĀ standards, and business objectives.


The Lead Solution Architect is accountable for the end-to-end definition andĀ 
implementation of the technical solution, reporting directly into the territory. This roleĀ assumes full ownership of all technical aspects of delivery, managing key technical clientĀ stakeholders (such as CTO, CIO, and Technical Directors) to ensure alignment and driveĀ outcomes. The Lead Solution Architect acts as the primary technical representative for theĀ ETIC team across territories, leads the architecture team (Data, Integration, Cloud,Ā Application), and is responsible for key architectural decisions. The role works closely withĀ the Project Director to provide technical input into project planning, risk management,Ā reporting, and delivery approach.

Key Responsibilities:
ā€¢ Lead the design and integration of scalable, secure, and resilient digital bankingĀ solutions.
ā€¢ Define architecture blueprints, patterns, and guardrails for cross-functionalĀ 
engineering teams.
ā€¢ Collaborate with product, engineering, data, DevOps, and security teams to deliverĀ 
end-to-end solutions.
ā€¢ Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.
ā€¢ Guide technology selection, PoCs, and adoption of modern engineering practices.
ā€¢ Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers.


Required Skills:
ā€¢ 15+ years in solution architecture, with significant experience in FS/banking orĀ 
regulated environments.
ā€¢ Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS), microservices, API-ledĀ 
integration, and event-driven design.
ā€¢ Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy in financialĀ 
services.
ā€¢ Experience with agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
ā€¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
