Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to join our team within our Clinicals division. In this role you will be responsible for one or more product areas within the overarching product’s portfolio; understanding the market and customers, contributing to the product vision, developing business cases and ensuring a set of product features meet business requirements. You will help define how AI is responsibly integrated into clinical workflows, ensuring solutions are safe, trustworthy, and deliver measurable value to healthcare providers and patients.
You will work closely with scrum teams defining and writing user stories, prioritizing product backlogs, and making trade-off decisions between scope and schedule. Your work will span both strengthening our current solutions and delivering innovative, AI-driven features that improve user experience and clinical decision-making. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in provider efficiency, mobile adoption, workflow completion, user satisfaction, product quality, and safe adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
About the Team:
The Mobile team brings together Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, Product Analytics, Data Science, and Patient Safety partners to improve the efficiency and experience of healthcare providers. The team works across product strategy, execution, and measurement to deliver both core product capabilities and AI-enabled solutions where they add value. The team collaborates closely to ensure products are usable, reliable, and aligned with clinical and business needs. This role will support that mission by helping shape product decisions and delivery for an assigned area.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Drive product vision incorporating AI/ML capabilities, predictive insights, and automation opportunities
- Lead early-stage discovery for features including: Identifying high-value use cases for AI, Validating concepts with users and stakeholders, and Defining data requirements and feasibility
- Partner with UX, Analytics and Data Science teams to define measurement strategies for AI feature performance (e.g., validity, bias, data quality, adoption, impact)
- Translate product strategy into outcome-based roadmaps that connect customer problems, business goals, delivery priorities, and measurable success criteria.
- Define product success metrics for each major initiative, including adoption, engagement, workflow efficiency, customer satisfaction, safety, and business impact.
- Own go-to-market strategies for products, including its AI-enabled features
- Monitor post-release performance and use product analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to guide iteration and prioritization.
- Work directly with scrum teams to prioritize work and ensure delivery of both core and AI-enabled product capabilities
- Own ongoing maintenance of core products, including triaging production issues and managing enhancements
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate AI models into scalable product features
- Understand the market opportunity via user needs, market forces, applicable business models, emerging AI trends and competitive AI capabilities
- Drive the analysis of Product Area(s) of ownership including AI/ML-driven products
- Define epics and user stories that clearly articulate: Functional requirements, User experience considerations, Data and model requirements, AI behavior expectations (e.g., explainability, confidence levels)
- Partner with UX and Engineering to design mobile experiences that are intuitive, accessible, performant, and reliable in fast-moving clinical environments.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to manage the full AI/ML lifecycle, including model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Expected Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field preferred
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Understanding of US healthcare / health IT environment is strongly preferred
- Experience working in an Agile environment is strongly preferred
- Experience building or scaling mobile products, preferably iOS and Android applications in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise environments.
- Understanding of mobile UX patterns, performance considerations, accessibility, release management, and app adoption strategies.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and productization of AI features
- Familiarity with: Model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring), Data pipelines and data quality considerations, Experimentation frameworks
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles, model bias, and explainability
- Experience working on AI-driven or data-intensive products preferred
- Experience bringing products to market is needed
- Technical understanding (mobile, SaaS, data, APIs) – ability to check technical feasibility and timelines and remove technical development barriers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value
Additional Information
- Some travel to the US may be required for customer site visits, internal collaborations, and industry events (5%)
