Manufacturing Operations Leadership

• Lead daily DF manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, productivity, cycle time, WIP, and factory output targets.
• Own operational performance and ensure delivery commitments are consistently achieved through effective production execution and manufacturing control.
• Establish strategies to maintain line balance, optimize factory pacing, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Drive rapid response and recovery actions for operational excursions, equipment constraints, and business-critical events.

Capacity and Operational Excellence

• Develop and execute capacity strategies that support both short-term customer requirements and long-term business growth.
• Identify manufacturing bottlenecks, improve equipment utilization and availability, and drive cycle time reduction initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement programs focused on productivity enhancement, cost reduction, waste elimination, and operational excellence.
• Utilize data analytics and performance indicators to optimize factory performance and support data-driven decision making.

AI Relevant Job Responsibilities

• Champion the adoption of AI-Augmented and AI-Supported solutions, including machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics, to enhance manufacturing decision-making, operational efficiency, and execution effectiveness.
• Drive digital manufacturing initiatives including capacity forecasting, WIP optimization, bottleneck prediction, anomaly detection, smart dispatch, andAI-Augmented decision support to improve factory productivity and manufacturing agility.
• Partner with Smart Manufacturing, Automation, and Data Science teams to accelerate factory digital transformation and develop scalableAgentic AI and Agentic Solutions that enable intelligent workflow automation, proactive issue detection, and faster problem resolution.

People Leadership and Talent Development

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning.
• Create an environment that promotes accountability, engagement, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational ownership.
• Develop future manufacturing leaders and strengthen organizational capability through talent development programs.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Facilities, Quality, and Supply Chain organizations to achieve business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting production ramp, technology transfers, new product introductions, and strategic manufacturing programs.
• Communicate operational performance, risks, recovery plans, and strategic priorities effectively to senior leadership.
