Warehouse Coordinator (Night Shift: 8pm - 6am MYT)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator is a vital member of the Supply Chain team, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of warehousing and distribution activities. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper product handling, and timely deliveries while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods according to company procedures.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as sorting, stacking, picking, packing, and product issuance.
• Manage work order picking, product transfers, and movement processing.
• Ensure items are packaged correctly following specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and document stock movements properly.
• Support inventory control processes including cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate import and export activities ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist in distribution planning to meet delivery schedules and resolve transport issues.
• Provide clerical and operational support in warehouse and logistics functions.
• Promote safety compliance and maintain an organized, secure working environment.

Required

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and distribution.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems independently.

Preferred

• Experience in distribution centers or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and documentation.
• Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management.
