Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilledRegistered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on apart-time basis. We are looking for dedicated nurses who are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with facility policies and resident care plans
• Assess residents' conditions and monitor changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LVNs, and other members of the healthcare team
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Current and validCalifornia RN license
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused
