- Shift Notes:36 Hour Guarantee
- Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
- On Call Requirements:No Call
Weekly Taxable: $972 ($27/hr x 36hrs)
Misc. and I E: $518 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $966 per week
OT Rate: $70 (After 40hrs)
