Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-focusedRegistered Nurse to join ourSurgical Associates practice in Louisville, Kentucky.

In this role, you will provide professional nursing care using evidence-based practices while supporting patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Working closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, coordinate care, provide education, and help create a healing environment centered on exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (or valid work permit in Kentucky)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS certification may be required based on departmental guidelines

Performs as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized care by performing designated elements of patient care and/or unit activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
• State-licensed practical nurse required.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.
