RN_LDRP -12 hr nights+call opening in Globe AZ. Below is the estimated pay rate.
- Shift Information: 12 hour nights
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions
- 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.
- RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
Weekly Taxable: $1962 ($54.50/hr x 36hrs)
Misc. and I E: $476 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $791 per week
OT Rate: $90 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $2640 (based on 36hrs)
Gross Pay Weekly: $4167 (Based on 48hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $3297 (Based on 48hrs)
