Role Overview
As an RN- Cont I, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support they need. Your role is critical in fostering effective communication within the healthcare team and driving solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do
- Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate and supervise nursing care, ensuring it meets patient and family needs.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred.
