Shift Notes: Clinic Days: 3 days/week (MWF) Shift Time; 0430-1630 Hrs/Shift: 12
Guaranteed Hrs: 36
Gross Pay Weekly: $2222 (Based on 36hrs)
Weekly Taxable: $720 ($20/hr x 36hrs)
Misc. and I E: $602 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $900 per week
OT Rate: $70 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $2006 (based on 36hrs)
Gross Pay Weekly: $2862 (Based on 48hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $2454 (Based on 48hrs)
