RMS Developer Implementation

JD RMS Developer Implementation:

· Relative Exp 8–10 Years

· Hands-on experience in Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS implementation, development, and support.

· Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, data analysis, and Merchandising data model.

· Experience in Oracle Retail modules including RMS/MFCS, ReSA, ReIM, Pricing (RPCS), Allocation, and Trade Management.

· Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

· Develop and support integrations using RIB, BDI, RICS/ROIC, REST APIs, and file-based interfaces.

· Configure and support Retail Home, application parameters, code tables, and business configurations.

· Experience in data migration, data conversion, DMM, mass uploads, and reconciliation activities.

· Hands-on experience with POM batch scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

· Support environment provisioning, refreshes, release upgrades, and cutover activities.

· Manage user provisioning, role mapping, and access control using OCI IAM/IDCS.

· Support SFTP, OCI Object Storage, and inbound/outbound interface processing.

· Troubleshoot application, batch, integration, and production support issues end-to-end.

· Coordinate with Oracle Support, manage SRs, and drive issue resolution to closure.

· Participate in SIT, UAT, performance testing, mock cutovers, go-live, and hypercare support.

· Strong understanding of retail merchandising processes including Item, Supplier, PO, Receiving, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, and Stock Ledger.

· Exposure to Xstore, ORCE, SIOCS/EICS, Shell Scripting, Python, Postman, Agile/Scrum, and Oracle Retail Cloud implementations is preferred.
