AI Creator (Post-Production Team)

Your impact:

• Create AI-generated content (images, video, characters, voice, and more) for social media, advertising campaigns, and internal R&D initiatives.
• Work across a wide range of generative tools — image, video, audio, and avatar models — selecting the right tool for each task and integrating it into production workflows.
• Develop and iterate on prompts to consistently achieve high-quality output, including maintaining character and brand consistency across frames.
• Take content through post-production: editing, timing, cleanup of AI artifacts, upscaling, stabilization, and basic sound design.
• Analyze creative references and performance data, adapting content to campaign objectives and business results rather than personal creative preference.
• Build and share templates, pipelines, and workflows (e.g. in ComfyUI or Weavy) that speed up production for the whole team.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, the R&D team, and content creators.
  

About you:

• Hands-on experience with generative image tools such as Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Magnific, OpenArt, and similar tools.
• Experience with generative video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, and Pika, including image-to-video and video inpainting.
• Experience with AI audio and avatar tools such as ElevenLabs and Suno.
• Strong prompt engineering skills, including working with seeds, references, negative prompts, and iterative shot refinement.
• Experience maintaining character and brand consistency across frames, with familiarity with ComfyUI and Weavy-style workflows.
• Post-production skills: editing and timing in CapCut or DaVinci Resolve; cleaning up AI artifacts, upscaling, stabilization, and basic sound editing and sync.
• Solid visual foundation: composition, framing, light, color, and typography; comfortable working in Figma and Photoshop for statics and key frames and able to work within brand guidelines.
• Experience using LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for ideas, scripts, and prompt writing.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Writing hooks and short ad scripts, and understanding the difference between UGC tone and brand tone.
• Experience localizing scripts/hooks without losing their meaning.
• Building your own templates and pipelines that the wider team can reuse.
• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, AI Creative Producer, Generative AI Creator, Motion Designer or 3D Designer.
