What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Help residents improve their strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills

• Encourage and motivate residents throughout their recovery

• Document patient progress accurately and promptly

• Communicate with therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families

• Contribute to a positive and encouraging rehabilitation experience

What We’re Looking For

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others

• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
