Company Overview:Boyd is the world's leading innovator in sustainable engineered materials and thermalsolutions, including high-quality Thermal Testing Products for memory and logic, ATE coolingand protection systems, and direct-to-chip cooling technologies.We are committed to supporting our customers in maintaining a competitive edge in themarket through innovative technologies and reliable semiconductor testing solutions.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales professional to join our salesteam.In this Roel, you will be responsible for driving sales , developing new market opportunities,and achieving sales targets by establishing and maintaining customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:1.Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for semiconductor testingproducts.2.Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including potential customers and markets.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction andloyalty.3.Collaborate with the R&D team to provide professional product demonstrations andtechnical support.4.Prepare and submit sales reports, including market analysis, customer feedback, andsales forecasts.5.Attend industry trade shows and conferences to increase the visibility of the companyand its products.Job Requirements:1.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics Engineering, Marketing, or a relatedfield.2.Sales experience in the semiconductor or related industry is preferred.3.Familiar with semiconductor testing equipment and markets.4.Strong customer service and relationship management skills.5.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.6.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.7.Willingness to travel frequently to meet customer needs and develop markets.
