How you’ll make an impactÂ
Leverage your expertise in enterprise risk management to strengthen how FCC reports on risk. As a Risk Specialist, you’ll collaborate with key risk management partners, including senior leaders, to develop clear risk reporting and provide insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.Â
As a strong communicator and analytical thinker, you’ll research and apply industry best practices to produce accurate, concise risk reporting for management committees and the Board of Directors.Â

What you’ll doÂ
- Work with stakeholders and partners to understand and translate business practices and information into meaningful risk reports Â
- Support and advise on enterprise risk reporting activities, including our Top & Emerging risk program and quarterly risk reports   Â
- Guide business partners through reporting expectations, effective governance, and the roles of the three lines of defence
- Use expertise, research and analysis to advance and enhance FCC’s enterprise risk reporting practicesÂ
- Develop and maintain risk reporting processes, methodologies and tools for reporting, and coach others on how to apply them effectively Â

What you’ll bring to the teamÂ

Required qualifications:Â Â
- A degree in economics, business administration or a related fieldÂ
- At least four years of experience in a risk management environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Â
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise risk management in areas such as risk reporting Â
- Experience developing reporting toolsÂ
- Experience with industry standards and frameworks Â

Preferred qualifications:Â Â
- Certifications related to risk management, finance or accounting, such as CPA, CRM or CRMPÂ Â
- Experience in financial services or regulated industriesÂ
- Knowledge of corporate insurance and artificial intelligence (internal, external and vendor use)Â
