Risk Analyst

Pay Range:$30/hr - $31.77/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete20 cases daily, addressing complex risk-based financial and fraud inquiries.
• Review merchant accounts to assess compliance and financial risks.
• Provide world-class customer service, demonstrating empathy during escalated issues.
• Analyze customer information and transaction data to detect fraud patterns.
• Collaborate effectively with teams to resolve customer-related challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new fraud and risk patterns.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 2+ years of relevant experience inrisk management and/orfinancial or related call center work.
• Strong understanding ofcustomer service andcustomer empathy.
• Proven ability to deescalate difficult situations and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency withG-Suite and other relevant software.
• A bachelor's degree infinance,risk management,accounting, or a related field is a plus.
