IT Workplace Engineer

Job Description & Summary

The IT Workplace Engineer manages PwC endpoints in line with global endpoint management policies. This role is responsible for endpoint-related services and support for all IT end-users across multiple platforms, ensuring a reliable, compliant, and efficient endpoint environment.

Job Duties:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the IT endpoint fleet 

• Provide second-level support to end-users

• Train first-level support teams and create knowledge base articles

• Develop solutions that optimize endpoint management and support compliance

• Perform hygiene tasks to maintain a lean and well-managed endpoint environment

Skills:

• Experience managing MDM solutions

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Entra Directory / Azure Active Directory

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects

• Proficiency in PowerShell

• Team- and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently

• Familiarity with ITIL change management best practices is an advantage

Qualifications:

• Education:

• A relevant degree, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, is an advantage

• Experience:

• Two years of experience in a related endpoint management role within a corporate environment

• Language:

• Fluent written and spoken English
