Are you a high-performing Gaming Manager looking to take the reins of a large, fast-paced venue? The Sunnybank Hotel is seeking an experienced, strategy-driven Gaming Manager to run our high-volume gaming room, elevate host operations, and maximize trade performance across a premier floor.

If you bring a strong background in gaming operations, deep knowledge of machine performance analytics, and a proven track record of leading dynamic floor teams, this is your opportunity. You’ll bring your floor ownership and sharp trade strategy to a flagship room, backed by full operational autonomy, competitive remuneration, and a major national network.

Base Salary starting from $90,000 + Super + Bonus Scheme + Group Wide Discounts

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of floor hosts to deliver fast payout execution, high-touch guest service, and exceptional room presentation.
• Drive machine trade performance, analyze gaming floor data, and optimize layout strategies in partnership with the Venue Manager.
• Set the standard for host operations on a busy floor, personally engaging with high-tier regulars and maintaining a premium, high-energy atmosphere.
• Oversee high-volume cash handling, daily venue balancing, and strict adherence to Queensland Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) standards.

About you:

• You have a proven track record of experience running a high-volume, premier gaming room
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a currentRSA and RSG as per state requirements

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
