Production Supervisor

1.Cooperate closely with production planner to realize the requirement ，organize people to implement the production plan，properly allocate manpower about  injection and extrusion.

2.Responsible for the preparation of PVDF extrusion line before production, such as personnel training on equipment, clean room, process, materials and other related training, visual management of on-site auxiliary devices, according to the project plan to make good preparations in advance, to ensure that the trial machine and the production of a smooth start.

3.Give assistance to process engineer on technical training and improve operating skills of the shift leader，operators & workers on the scene；give assistance on technology improvement & molds development so as to improve the qualities of production.

4.Monitor the efficiency to realize stated objections, manage the use of raw material & staff , control the cost of production strictly so as to strive the minimized defective index.

5.Cooperate with EHS department to carry out the inspection & evaluation on safety and environment, and three levels of safety education; keep the site clean and tidy; enforce the rule of 6S management.

6.In charge of the routine management of team work, meanwhile, provide training and timely technical support for staff; fairly treat every staff and communicate sincerely; coordinate production manager with rewards and punishment of staff so as to stay a favorable atmosphere.

7.Participate test running of new production, material and equipment.

8.Other work assigned by the leader.
