Responsibilities:

Defines, steers and follows up segment marketing strategy in the regional areaTakes regional segment's P&L responsibilitiesDefines product, service portfolio and strategy, including competitive analysis, defines pricing strategyCollects administrate market and competitors information, provides business review, reporting and data analysisResponsible for key accounts and key leads managementLeads and coordinates regional MS community, develops and provides training of technical and value selling argumentation to the communityImplements aligned sales plans in the regional area, and supports the sales force in problem solvingLeads and develops subordinates, and supervises their performanceDrives and coordinates market segment related activities of teamsCollaborates with other teamsHas responsibilities for setting and achieving KPIs and goals of team

Qualifications:

College degree or above, ideally in business, technical or engineering majorOver 5 years job specific work experience in commercial roles, ideally Managerial experience as first experienceGood understanding of business context and processes, good ability of business acumen and segment application engineering expertise, basic knowledge of contracts management, legal aspects and international tradeStrong market analysis, strategic thinking and projects management skills, sound knowledge of relevant or comparable markets and applicationsStrong leadership and networking skills, strong value selling and training skills, good social competencesGood team player and communication and negotiation skills at higher customer level, good presentation skills at different levels of the organizationFluent in local language and EnglishAdvanced level of using MS Office, CRM system and SAP skills
