• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, relevant SuccessFactors modules, HR4You (ServiceNow HRSD), Microsoft Office and reporting tools mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-ligatures:none">
• Experience reconciling compensation data, producing reports and coordinating complex mobility or benefit cases 0pt;mso-ligatures:none">

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and reconcile merit-cycle inputs, bonus or STI data, executive-compensation transactions and benefits-spend information. mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-ligatures:none">
• Quality-check benefits, compensation, pension, mobility and job-architecture records. "Times New Roman";mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-ligatures:none">
• Audit total rewards program data against approved COE guidance and resolve administrative exceptions. mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-ligatures:

• Prepare compensation benchmark datasets and statutory or management reports "Times New Roman";mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-ligatures:none">
• Coordinate complex mobility cases, relocation services, immigration documentation and compliance-deadline tracking. mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-ligatures:none">
• Support global mobility steering activities, assignment administration, vendor follow-up, invoicing and cost charging. mso-font-kerning:0pt;mso-ligatures:none">
• Resolve complex employee rewards inquiries 0pt;mso-ligatures:none">
