Head of Marketing

Revpanda Group is a leading digital marketing powerhouse specializing in iGaming, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven solutions. With a strong presence in bothB2B and B2C markets, we are looking for an experienced and strategicGroup Head of Marketing to lead and optimize our global marketing initiatives.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing acomprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across multiple business lines. This role requires a strong understanding ofperformance marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, and brand positioning in the iGaming and digital marketing sectors.
The ideal candidate will be adata-driven leader with hands-on experience inSEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, digital PR, sponsorships, partnerships. Candidates must also be proficient in managingcross-functional and remote teams while ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
This position offers a unique opportunity for astrategic and results-oriented marketing leader to take ownership of a fast-growing marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Performance

• Develop and implement aunified marketing strategy for all Revpanda Group companies, covering both B2B and B2C operations.
• Oversee brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing across multiple channels.
• Optimizemarketing spend and ensuredata-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.
• UtilizeSEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM, and digital PR strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Implement lead generation andmarketing automation strategies to support sales teams.

Leadership & Team Management

• Build, mentor, and lead across-functional marketing team across disciplines such associal media, content, paid media, events, and partnerships.
• Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
• Oversee the execution ofsponsorships, expos, and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.

Market Expansion & Brand Development

• Strengthen Revpanda Group’sglobal brand presence.
• Identify and leveragenew opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships to expand market influence.
• Represent the company atindustry events, expos, and networking opportunities to drive business growth.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, CMO, or equivalent).
• Strong expertise iniGaming, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.
• In-depth knowledge ofB2B and B2C marketing strategies within digital industries.
• Proven track record inperformance marketing, analytics, and ROI optimization.
• Experience managingSEO, PPC, CRM, content marketing, social media, and digital PR campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience inmanaging remote and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency insales and lead generation strategies to support business development efforts.
• Ability to balancecreativity with commercial acumen to drive both brand and revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience with paid social media, sponsorships, partnerships, and expos is an advantage.
