Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptableRevit Drafter / Project Manager to lead and execute drafting duties while managing projects from start to finish. This role requires exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate afast-paced, high-stress environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, obtaining clearances, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring all work adheres to company procedures and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Drafting:
• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously while performingRevit drafting duties.
• Prepare, modify, and maintaindetailed drawings and documentation inRevit.
• Ensure all project deliverables meetquality, timeline, and compliance requirements.
• Measure properties in all conditions to begin projects. Willingness to measure insurance damage claims (fire damage, water damage, etc.)
• Client & Team Coordination:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows.
• Resolve issues proactively to prevent delays and maintain project efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with plan checkers and other city officials to secure project approvals and permits.
• Clearances & Compliance:
• Obtain and manageproject approvals, permits, and regulatory clearances.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant codes, zoning laws, and company procedures.
• Adaptability & Fast-Paced Execution:
• Thrive in ahigh-pressure environment withtight deadlines and frequent changes.
• Quickly adapt to shifting project priorities and client demands.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in handlingmultiple ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Revit andAutoCAD (mandatory).
• Strong project management skills with the ability tobalance drafting and leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction documents and specifications.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy undertight deadlines.
• Experience in securing permits, zoning approvals, or other regulatory processes is a plus.
• Experience in measuring properties and providing detailed and accurate measurements

Education & Experience

• Currently enrolled in or completed anAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field (preferred).
•  1-3 years ofRevit drafting and project management experience within thearchitecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Experience infast-paced, high-pressure environments handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Background in [ commercial and residential] is preferred.
