Revenue Operations

Onsite (New York City, NY) | Full-time

About Daptic

Daptic is building the future of regulatory intelligence, with the mission to empower global manufacturers to navigate complex regulations seamlessly and accelerate the global launch of physical products.

With government regulations and standards becoming increasingly complex, product delays and innovation roadblocks are more common than ever. Daptic automates the identification and analysis of relevant regulations, standards, and product requirements, allowing R&D teams to focus on what they do best: creating groundbreaking products within automotive, aerospace, construction, medicine and healthcare, and beyond.

Currently, with a small focused team, we're proud to be supporting the development of products used by over 100 million people worldwide.

We've secured over $22M in total funding from Canvas Ventures, IA Ventures, 8VC, and other institutional investors who believe in our vision to revolutionize product development.

The Role

As Daptic's first Revenue Operations hire, you'll build the systems, data, and operating procedures that the go-to-market team runs on. We are adding Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Forward Deployed Regulatory Engineers, taking on more enterprise pipeline every quarter, and opening new industries. Today the systems and processes underneath that growth are shared across the team, and this role gives them a dedicated owner.

You'll own the CRM and the rest of the GTM stack, the order-to-cash process from signed contract through payment, the reporting leadership uses to make decisions, and the forecasting and planning cycles. You'll work day to day with Sales, Growth, and GTM Strategy & Operations and have direct exposure to company leadership. As the function grows, your scope will grow with it.

This is a demanding role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, suited to someone who wants to build and own a function end to end.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Own GTM Systems and Data

    • Own the CRM and the surrounding GTM stack end to end, including the data model, workflows, integrations, and permissions, and decide how they evolve as the team grows.

    • Maintain data quality across accounts, opportunities, pipeline stages, and ICP segmentation.

    • Serve as the internal owner of GTM tooling and drive adoption across reps and managers.

  2. Own Order to Cash

    • Own the process from signed order form to payment received: purchase orders, invoicing, payment tracking, and collections, in partnership with Finance.

    • Build the billing process for usage-based products and track contract renewals.

    • Manage customer procurement and supplier-portal onboarding, including vendor setup, PO issuance, and invoice submission.

  3. Own Reporting and Forecasting

    • Build and maintain the dashboards and reports leadership relies on for pipeline health, trial conversion, and forecast accuracy.

    • Run the weekly forecast with Sales leadership and identify risks and opportunities early.

    • Analyze trends and gaps across the funnel and translate them into recommendations for leadership.

  4. Run Planning and Improve Process

    • Build the models behind quarterly and annual GTM planning with Finance, including capacity, quota, territory, and coverage.

    • Support compensation plan design and commission administration with Finance.

    • Identify and remove friction in the sales process across tooling, handoffs, and approvals.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • 3-8 years in revenue operations, sales strategy, or business operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.

  • Deep hands-on CRM experience, including data model design, workflows, reporting, and data hygiene.

  • Strong analytical skills, with fluency in Excel and Sheets and working proficiency in SQL.

  • Quote-to-cash experience with enterprise customers, including order forms, purchase orders, invoicing, collections, and procurement and supplier portals.

  • Experience building with AI, with AI already part of how you work day to day.

  • Available to work in our office in New York City at least 4 days a week.

What We Value

  • Experience standing up RevOps systems and process from scratch at an early-stage or fast-growing company is a plus.

  • Formal finance experience, such as FP&A, revenue accounting, or a finance role at a SaaS company, is a plus given how closely this role partners with Finance on billing, planning, and compensation.

  • You bring structure to unstructured problems. Given an open-ended question with no obvious frame, you build one and work from it.

  • Strong attention to detail and a "110% mindset" in all tasks.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and visual, for both internal and customer-facing audiences.

  • Experience thriving in unstructured environments, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced, technical environment, such as early promotions or top-of-cohort ratings.
