Job Description:
The Revenue Cycle Learning Consultant II is primarily responsible for training and education of end-users across the Revenue Cycle which includes computer system training and a broad variety of other general Revenue Cycle related content. The individual must work collaboratively on a team and share education duties such as classroom instruction and credentialing, needs assessments, contributing to curriculum development and maintenance, online education module development and maintenance, quality reviews, class scheduling and coordination, as well as special project assignments as needed. The individual will also be a part of special workgroups to vet out process change and improvements along with assisting in system upgrades and new system implementations.Education: ▪ Required: BS in related field OR 8 years of experience in education/healthcareExperience: ▪ Requird: 7 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience OR 2 years of formal training experienceSkills: ▪ Demonstrated ability to perform “on stage”, utilizing excellent communication and facilitation skills ▪ Ability to teach/train and control classroom settings ▪ Possess a strong commitment to the success of students and co-workers at all levels ▪ Exhibit ability to give developmentally appropriate feedback to others at all levels in the organization ▪ Exhibit ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and decorum ▪ Exhibit ability to think critically and apply analytical and reasoning skills in problem solving ▪ Demonstrate ability to promote teamwork at all levels ▪ Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills ▪ Possess a strong command in use of Microsoft Office ▪ Ability to foster and maintain positive, service-oriented relationships with leaders and co-workers at all levels while demonstrating Partners ValuesLicensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/ARevenue Cycle Educator · Coxhealth
