🔍 Key Responsibilities

💻Customer Engagement & Sales:Smile, greet, and welcome customers with a positive attitude. Actively seek out customers in-store, assess their needs, provide information on product features/materials, and "go the extra mile" to cross-sell and up-sell products.

📂 Transaction & Complaints Management:Efficiently process POS (Point of Sale) purchases, handle merchandise returns, and perform under pressure to resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.

🤝Merchandising & Store Standards:Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock, presentable, and high-standard visual condition. Suggest creative ways to improve sales, such as planning local marketing activities or optimizing store layouts.

📊 Inventory & Team Collaboration:Comply strictly with inventory control procedures. Team up with co-workers to ensure seamless customer service and build productive, trusting relationships with clients.

⚙ Technical Product Consultation:Remain highly knowledgeable on specialized products offered, leveraging technical insights to guide customers through electrical, CCTV, and appliance inquiries.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing Management,Office Administration, or any related business course.

🛠️Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory tracking systems (POS/ERP), proficiency in digital productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) for reporting retail KPIs, and familiarity with retail psychology and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
