US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and experience with start up/commissioning processes.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design and construction industry, including track design build processes and associated documents and agreement.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
- Knowledge of facility electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
- Establish phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that effectively address continuous improvement including resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources), including near and long-term objectives.
- Identify and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making.
- Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
