Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry. Responsibilities:
  • Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
  • Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
  • Identifying areas for improvement and managing technicians and subcontractors effectively
  • Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
  • Ensuring job sites have an orderly appearance and follow safety guidelines
  • Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
  • Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, supporting technicians, and subs
 Qualifications:
  • Experience in equipment, asset and financial management
  • Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
  • Aptitude with record keeping, documenting job progress, and communicating with insurance adjusters
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity to grow the business
  • Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors
