Job Title: Restaurant (Shift) Manager – $17–$19/hr

As aRestaurant (Shift) Manager, you’ll lead shifts, coach crew members, and ensure every guest enjoys fast, friendly service. This is more than a job—it’s the first step toward becoming anAssistant Manager, General Manager, or even multi-unit leader.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire crew members during your shifts

• Deliver a great guest experience through speed, accuracy, and service

• Manage drive-thru, front counter, cash handling, and cleanliness

• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met

• Support the GM in hitting operational/financial targets

• Train and develop team members to perform at their best

Qualifications (What We Expect From You):

• Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred (Wendy’s/QSR a plus)

• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills

• Reliability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and late nights as scheduled
