Job Summary 

TheRestaurant Servers (Waiters and Waitress) and Bartenderreports to the Food and Beverage Managers. S/He is accountable for playing their part in ensuring the dining experience of our Guests is consistently excellent. This person is a team player, carefully trained, multi-skilled, flexible, courteous and friendly.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a minimum of two (2) SSC, CXC/GCE subjects including English
• Have a valid Food Handler’s Permit
• Have good personality 
• Positive attitude 
• Have the ability to withstand the physical demands of the job
• Have the ability to work flexible shifts
• Have the ability to work well with peers and leaders at all levels
