Job Title: Resource Management Group (RMG) Manager – IT

We are seeking an experiencedResource Management Group (RMG) Manager with5–9 years of experience in the IT industry to oversee resource planning, allocation, utilization, and forecasting across projects. The role involves collaborating with project managers, HR, and business teams to ensure optimal staffing, maximize resource utilization, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate resources based on project requirements, skills, and availability.

• Monitor resource utilization, capacity, and staffing needs.

• Forecast resource demand and coordinate with HR for hiring and onboarding.

• Maintain resource databases and identify skill gaps.

• Prepare utilization and staffing reports and drive process improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resource deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.

• 5–9 years of IT resource management experience.

• Hands-on experience with resource planning, forecasting, and project coordination.

• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and HR systems (SAP/Workday) is an advantage.
