Resort Readiness Ambassador – Mountain Creek

Location: Vernon, NJ         Reporting to: Resort Readiness Manager

About Mountain Creek: 

 

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.

 

How the Resort Readiness Ambassador works with the Team: 

 

The Resort Readiness team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the resort, including resort grounds, restrooms, and parking areas.  In addition to providing our guests with directions, parking alternatives and resort information upon request.  This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for guests upon arrival by ensuring the property is clean, safe, organized, and welcoming throughout the day. The Resort Readiness team members take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.

 

Team Member Responsibilities: 

 

  • Maintain a clean and organize work area at all times
  • Empty all waste containers 
  • Listen to guests concerns and relay them to management in a timely manner
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
  • Cleaning of bathroom and restocking dispensers
  • Maintain cleanliness of parking lots by refreshing garbage cans and pick up looses trash
  • Attends designated parking area entrance/exit during established lot hours. 
  • Complete assigned duties in a timely manner
  • Perform all job functions and tasks as assigned
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual appreciation
  • Floor care including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
  • Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Resort Mangers/Supervisors

  • Ability to work with team members and guests
  • Ability to multiple task
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule according to the needs and the demands of the business
  • Possess a positive attitude that fosters an environment of teamwork and mutual appreciation
  • Maintain a sense of organization and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment
  • Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
  • Must be 16 or older
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
