TheResidential Services Manager is responsible for the front desk operation and security function of the facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree and three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, accurate record keeping, and computer skills.

Residential Services Manager Principal Responsibilities:

• Coordinate front desk operations. 
• Coordinate and ensure documentation of client arrival and departure procedures.
• Coordinate resident programs. 
• Maintain communication with clients

• Supervise assigned staff.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
