Research Scientist

1. Method development and validation of Assay, Dissolution, Related Substances, Residual Solvents for transdermal patches and topical formulations.

2. Develop and executeIn Vitro Release Testing (IVRT) andIn Vitro Permeation Testing (IVPT) methods using Franz diffusion cells to evaluate drug release profiles.

3. Conduct deformulation and reverse engineering studies of reference listed drugs (RLD).

4.Perform forced degradation and drug-excipient compatibility studies to establish degradation pathways.

5. Characterize thephysical and adhesive properties of transdermal systems, including peel adhesion, tack, shear strength, and liner release testing.

6. Evaluate patches for drug content uniformity, crystal formation, skin permeation efficiency, and visible defects.

7. Prepare protocol-bound technical documents, includingMethod development report, Method Validation Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),  STP, and Transfer Reports.

Qualifications

M. Pharmacy (Preferably Pharmaceutical analysis)
