Research Associate I – (Personalized Healthcare Solutions)
Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)
Pay Rate:Â $23/hr
1 year contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement

Position Overview
Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS) is dedicated to building a healthier future by advancing science and expanding access to healthcare. The organization develops innovative in-vitro diagnostic solutions, including diagnostic testing, laboratory efficiency tools, healthcare digitalization, decision-support software, and companion diagnostics.
We are seeking aResearch Associate I to support research, development, and manufacturing laboratory activities through experimentation, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments and other scientific activities to support projects.
- Apply technical knowledge and discretion in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
- Present and discuss experimental results with department and project teams.
- Maintain professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature and may participate in conferences and professional societies.
- Follow company policies and procedures related toGMP, GLP, Design Control, and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files.
- May serve as a principal investigator for assigned experiments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of relevant post-college experience.
- Hands-on laboratory or scientific research experience.
- Ability to conduct experiments, analyze quantitative data, and interpret results.
- Strong documentation, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow established laboratory procedures and company policies.
