Reports & Visualization Developer (Tableau and Looker)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experiencedReports & Visualization Developer with10+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization. The role will focus on building modern reports and dashboards, as well asretrofitting, modernizing, and migrating existing reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker. The position will also involve creating auniversal semantic layer and leveraging modern AI capabilities within reporting and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience withTableau, Looker, Python, and modern BI technologies, along with experience using AI-powered development solutions such asClaude Code to support dashboard development, data pipelines, visualizations, databases, and charts.

Description of the Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and interactive dashboards.

• Retrofit, modernize, and migrate reports and dashboards fromTableau to Looker.

• Develop and maintain auniversal semantic layer.

• Leverage modern AI capabilities available within reporting and BI tools.

• Use AI development solutions such asClaude Code to build dashboards.

• Work with data pipelines, databases, visualizations, and charts.

• Develop data-driven reporting solutions using Python and modern BI technologies.

• Support modernization of existing reporting and visualization solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data visualization, or related areas.

• Strong hands-on experience withTableau.

• Looker experience is mandatory.

• Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Experience withClaude Code, particularly for data pipelines, visualization, databases, and charts.

• StrongPython skills.

• Knowledge of modern BI and reporting technologies.

• Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard development.
