Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Reporting & Automation Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, reporting automation, and ITSM/ITIL. Responsible for developing dashboards, automating reports, and delivering actionable insights.

- Develop executive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
- Automate reporting using Power Automate, SQL, and scripting.
- Analyze trends, SLAs, MTTR, backlogs, and service performance.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and present insights to leadership.
- Support continual service improvement initiatives.
Preferred
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Microsoft PL-300
- Tableau Certification
- ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Exposure to Dynatrace, Splunk, or Grafana.
