Reporting and Analytics Executive

Job Brief:

We are looking for aReporting & Analytics professional with strong hands-on experiencereporting, financial and commercial analysis, dashboard development, and real-estate/property-sector operations.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, work with large datasets, prepare management reports, identify trends and discrepancies, and convert data into actionable insights.

Familiarity withAI tools,will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Analyze business, financial, commercial, operational, and customer-related data.
• Track KPIs, targets, recoveries, billing, outstanding amounts, variances, and performance trends.
• Prepare portfolio-level analysis.
• Analyze property-related financial data includingbilling, collections, receivables, installments, and other commercial charges.
• Analyze recovery performance against billing, targets, and previous periods.
• Identify data discrepancies, gaps, and anomalies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between system data, reports, and source files.
• Convert business requirements into clear reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
• Present key findings and insights to management in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously improve reporting formats, processes, and analytical methodologies.

Real Estate & Commercial Knowledge

• Have Strong knowledge ofproperty sales, bookings, inventory, allotments, transfers, possessions, rentals, and customer receivables.
• Have understanding of real-estate business processes and their financial/commercial impact.
• Work with Finance and Commercial teams to validate billing, recovery, receivables, adjustments, and other financial data.
• Provide analytical support for management decisions related to property and customer portfolios.

AI & Automation

• Use AI tools such asClaude and Vs Code for reporting, documentation, automation, and workflow improvement.
• Explore AI-assisted methods to reduce manual reporting and improve analytical efficiency.
• Use AI tools to support data interpretation, trend identification, and report preparation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely withFinance, Commercial, Technology, Data/BI, Property Management, Facility Management, and Customer Services teams.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with Technology/Data teams for system and reporting enhancements.
• Follow up on data issues and ensure timely resolution.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in reporting, MIS, business analysis, commercial analysis, or financial reporting.
• Experience in thereal estate/property sector will be strongly preferred.
• Strong command ofMicrosoft Excel,Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding offinancial and commercial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and KPI reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience withCRM, ERP, Property Management, or Real Estate Management Systems.
• Experience working with Finance and Commercial teams.
• Experience in preparing management dashboards and executive reports.
• Experience in reporting automation and process improvement.
