Job description:
An experienced Reporting Analyst with 5 years of experience in data reporting, dashboard development, and business analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, Splunk, and Amazon QuickSight, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Splunk, and Amazon QuickSight
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecom / Cable industry experience
- Experience in report automation and performance optimization
Role and responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Splunk, and Amazon QuickSight
- Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Develop and automate recurring reports, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms
- Monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and usability
- Support executive and leadership reporting with meaningful visualizations and data-driven recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely solutions
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for reporting discrepancies
- Create and maintain reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and user guides
