The roleperforms maintenance and repairs to aircraft Unit Load Devices (ULD), Pallets, Nets and Covers per all applicable guidelines and requirements. Understands repair procedures as outlined in the repair manuals and performs all repairs per the guidelines. Able to meet minimum productivity goals consistently.
Role Responsibilities:

Workswellwithothersandmaintainscomposureduringbusy periods
Adherestoandenforcesallsafetyandsecurity guidelines.
Therewillberequirementstorepaircoversandrollcargo straps.
Componentremovaland replacement.
Cuttingandgrinding aluminium
SolidandBindRivetinstallationand removal
Straighteningandreplacementofpalletedgerailsandfittingandreplacementof corners.
Replacementofnew extrusion.
Repairandreplacecompositematerialincluding vulcanising
Useofbasichandpowertoolsandair tools.
WeldingandForkliftoperationmayberequired–Trainingprovidedif necessary.
Anyotherdutiesreasonablyrequestedby management
