Overview

ReportingtotheManager,HumanResourcesOperations,Canada,theHumanResourcesBusinessPartner(HRBP)willberesponsibleforprovidingadvisoryservicestoadedicatedclientgroupofmanagersandemployees.Thisgroupincludesprofessionalandtechnicalemployeesfromvariousbusinessunits.

The HRBP will act as a strategic business partner byintegratingthecorporateHRstrategyandprovidingHRguidancetointernalclientgroupswhiledeliveringaddedvaluetotheorganization.TheHRBPisresponsibleforadvising,supporting,coaching,andguidingmanagersinacontextofcontinuousimprovementandchangemanagement.

YourRole

• Supporttheexecutionofthebusinessstrategybypartneringwithleaderstoidentifyandprioritizeorganizationalissues,strengthenorganizationalcapabilities,andimplementstructuresandprocessesthatsupporttheachievementofstrategicobjectivesthroughanequitableapproach.

• Serve as astrategicpointofcontactforclientsregardingkeyHRprocesses,identifybusinessneedsthatimpactHRstrategiesandpolicies,andprovidedirectsupportinthedevelopmentandimplementationofsolutionsthatenhanceorganizationaleffectiveness.

• Partnerwiththerecruitmentteamandmanagerstoensurealignmentontalentacquisitionstrategiesandcollaboratecloselywithothersharedservicesgroups,includingHRAnalysts,OrganizationalDevelopment,andMobility.

• Identifyopportunitiesforimprovementandimplementlong-termsolutions.

• Leadinitiativesaimedatincreasingemployeeengagement,strengtheningorganizationalculture,andretainingtoptalent.

• 3to5yearsofexperienceasaHumanResourcesBusinessPartner(HRBP).

• Bachelor'sdegreeinIndustrialRelationsorHumanResourcesManagement.

• MemberoftheCharteredHumanResourcesProfessionalsOrder(asset).

• Experienceinaunionizedenvironmentandcollectiveagreementnegotiations(asset).

• Stronganalyticalandconsultingskills.

• Abilitytobuildpartnershipsandestablishtrustedrelationshipswithclients.

• Demonstratedproblem-solvingandinfluencingskills.

• Strongjudgment,businessacumen,discernment,andlisteningskills.

• Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.

• FullprofessionalproficiencyinbothFrenchandEnglish(spokenandwritten). *

• ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeandadvancedExcelskills.

*Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
