Embedded C/C++ Software Engineer

Our client, a global leader in telecommunications technology, is looking forJunior, Mid-Level, and Senior Telecom Software Developers to join their engineering team in Vietnam.

In this role, you'll develop high-performanceC/C++ embedded software powering next-generation mobile networks, collaborating with global engineering teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain real-time embedded software in C/C++.

• Translate technical requirements into scalable software solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues during integration and deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in an Agile environment.

• Contribute to code reviews, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

• Senior engineers will lead technical design, mentor team members, and drive complex feature development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Strong C/C++ programming skills with knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

• Experience in embedded software development (level dependent: graduates welcome through to 5+ years for senior roles).

• Understanding of wireless communication technologies and LTE/3GPP standards is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with RTOS, Linux, Git, and Agile development practices is an advantage.

• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work with international engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 5G NR, O-RAN, Linux Kernel, Python, or Shell scripting.

• Background working with telecom network technologies or leading telecom vendors.
