Job Title: Workday Learning Lead
Location: Remote - EST
Duration: 6 + Months
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead for the Workday Learning workstream.
- Support and guide the client's Learning team on daily operational activities.
- Manage Workday Learning configurations, administration, and support activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Learning best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support ongoing learning initiatives, compliance training, and user adoption efforts.
- Ensure seamless continuity of Learning operations during the interim assignment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning.
- Prior experience leading Workday Learning implementations, enhancements, or support engagements.
- Deep understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments preferred.
- Workday certification(s) preferred.
- Experience working in consulting or large enterprise environments.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional Learning initiatives.
- Remote opportunity within the United States.
- Occasional travel - may be required.
