Job Details:
Schedule: Day 8 am -5 pm.
Location:Fully Remote
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length:6 months, with possible extension.
Pay Range:$42- $44 per Hour on W2
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
- Lead compensation-related projects and recommend updates to pay policies based on market and economic trends.
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS teams.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment and wage-and-hour regulations.
- Support compensation program administration and process improvements.
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent.

- Certification(s): NA
- Years of experience:
- 4+ years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing.
- Skills/Specialties/Technology:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
