We are looking for aRegional IT Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic European team and drive bothRegional Project initiatives andMES systems support across the regions. This is an exciting opportunity for you who enjoys work with people from different countries and cultures, like to participate in project and eager to improve your knowledge on Jabil MES Systems, likes troubleshooting the problems and the problem-solving, and is eager to continuously grow in a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

Participate inregional and cross-functional IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Providethird-line support and analysis for ourManufacturing Execution Systems (MES and MES4).
Work closely with Site SME's and DF teams , IT Support Teams and counterparts in the other Regions.
Identify and proposecontinuous improvements in business tools and processes supported by MES and other IT systems.
Support documentation, training, and change management efforts to maximize adoption and success of IT solutions.

What We’re looking for

Experience with Jabil MES systems and MES4.0 Ecosystem configurations and functionalities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills inEnglish (written and spoken)
Ability totranslate business requirements into IT solutions.
Willingness to travel regionally, if needed.

To possess knowledge onapplication developments, able to read and understand code lines in SQL, C#(.NET), Angular (is a great plus but not must)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
