POSITION SUMMARY

Provides administrative and customer service support for a program serving individuals who need assistance accessing services in their homes and communities. Responsibilities include scheduling assessments, responding to inquiries, researching account and document discrepancies, verifying data, and maintaining accurate records.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule assessments and coordinate accommodations.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries and provide professional customer support.
• Research documentation discrepancies and verify data accuracy.
• Review scanned documents for quality and follow established indexing and imaging procedures.
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Protect confidential information and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments, appointments, or other high-volume activities.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or call center environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Clinical office experience.
• At least one year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments or appointments.
• At least one year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or high-volume call center setting.

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS
